Microsoft Hyperlapse Mobile updated with Lumia Icon support

Microsoft's hot new app, Hyperlapse[1], which lets users create smooth, handheld time-lapse videos, has been updated today with support for the Lumia Icon[2].

Unfortunately there's not a whole lot else going on here. Other than Lumia Icon support, the notes on the Windows Phone Store list list bug fixes as the only other change. Still, Hyperlapse has carried support for the Lumia 930 since the app launched earlier this month, so its good to see that Verizon customers can join their international cousins with this update.

If you haven't had a chance to check out Hyperlapse, we recommend giving it a shot. It's currently available for free on Windows Phone, and as a "Pro" version (in preview form) for Windows. Oh, and speaking of that Pro version, we recently took it for a spin[3] and came away pretty happy with the experience, so be sure to check that out as well.

Thanks to Zapella for the tip!
